Brought a 2024 GV60 on January 20, 2024. Drive it around to check out my new cool purchase. Tried to using the level 1 charger at home and it would not connect, trip the circuit . Went to Electrify American no problem. Two days later had a level 2 charger installed in garag, once again plugging it into the car trips the circuit. I try my neighbors charger where he chargers his Ionic 5. And trip his circuit. on January 23rd took car back to dealer where is been ever sense. They cannot figure why it won’t slow charge.
Ive contacted Genesis and their sending and engineer to the dealership. I’m pissed! I had the car 4 day. I told my contact at Genesis if it’s not fixed in 30 days I’m going to explore my options with the lemon law. So frustrated!
