What does a tire plan have to do with Corporate Customer Service?

I think most of his message must have been chopped off. He was probably going to go into a story where he got tire damage and the dealer ship would not cover it and when he called the corporate customer service, they did not help him.
Now, my wife accused me of making up crazy back stories, but this just might be one of them, but I am going with it.

A quick search shows Platinum Tire and Wheel protection offered by many brands so it may be a third party that has to service him.

Maybe the OP just wanted the world to know he is POd.
