    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Genesis Intell Asst App Never connects to Server

I already said there is a general one with P1 priority I believe: BBLO-222
Who can believe that it’s a P1 priority and it’s taken a quarter of a year with nothing to show for it??? At least get the modem working (the network error) and then we will see about the Google interface (No POI).

Yea that's right. Agreed it's completely ridiculous and I let them know so many times.

2022 Genesis GV70 purchased 3 mo ago. For past 3 months the App on my Iphone 12 running the latest OS always displays a message when I try to use the Genesis Intelligent App for Iphone--- "cannot connect to the server, busy , and if problem persists contact Genesis, which I have done but no resolution. They advise: we will esclate you ticket to engineering---and then the trail goes cold. Have deleted and reinstalled app and re entered correct user name and password but it never connects. If I try to control the vehicle via Genesis website, no problems. But App will not connect. No issues with the phone or any of my other apps, and latest version of their app is installed. Anyone have this problem or suggestions

I have the same issue. Also the connected services automatically defaulted to factory setting. I had no other option but to allow that to reset in order to use the platform.
This is so frustrating when accessing the voice app and trying to get directions or information on locations. I am ready to return the car!1

Login to the Genesis owner's website and make sure your subscription isn't expired.
