Terrible. Scheduled service, had to fight for a loaner, didnt get one the first visit, got one the second time, didnt get one the third time. First time was for seat motor issue and vibration at speed. Refused to balance the tires because they didnt replicate it. Could not find replacement part in US, had to order from Korea. Scheduled second visit three weeks later, dealer confirmed appointment, took day off work, showed up only to be turned away because the genesis tech was off. Rescheduled for two weeks later. They removed the seat, had the car for a full day, called to say car was done. Went to pick up car, was told they didnt fix it because they lost the part. Had to order a complete seat. When they put the original seat back in, they scratched and scraped much of the trim inside and dinged my door. They denied causing it and refused repairs. I filed three claims with Genesis and never resolved the seat issue.
