So last Friday I dropped my 2019 G90 off to fix the two recalls. My first time being in a stand alone Genesis dealership, and I have to say it was super nice. Night and day difference between Hyuandi. Customer service was great too. I got a 2024 G80 Sport as a loaner, what a great car to drive. Very fun...but I'm in trouble now...now my wife wants one, LOL.

When one gets bad service, one should identify the dealer. But IMO when one gets excellent service, it is even more important to name the dealer so others can go there as well.

I drove an electrified G80 as a loaner for about a month while my car was in for service. I thought it drove very well but, at least for the electrified version, the trunk was very small. That was my only negative. (well..I thought it was too big but that is on my weird desires, not on Genesis).
