Just had my 6000k service and was very impressed with the process.
A call to set up the service last week was set up for a vehicle delivery to my home at 8am yesterday. Next day they called back and said it would be 10:30 instead and I had it arranged to come to my office. A day before service I received a text and call to confirm. Car delivered on time, driver was very polite and I got a brand new 2.0T G70 Dynamic. Quite different than my 3.3T, lighter steering, better rubber so the drive is great but love my engine!!!
Mid-day I received a text with a video update on my car. Technician doing an update about service performed, items checked. Showing engine bay, tires and brakes. What fluids were topped off and notation that no leaks detected. Very impressive.
The only thing that gave me pause was the text alert from my car showing a panic alert. They use panic to find the car in the lot, so I got 3-4 of those.
Really impressed with this experience and love not having to drive the 35 miles each way. I also didn't buy the car from them so it's good to see that doesn't affect the experience.
