I've had my '23 GV70 for close to three years now. In all that time, I have never gotten Genesis Pay to work. Over the three years I've had the car I've had two tickets open with Genesis support...nothing has worked. Everything else in the car's tech operates fine but not so Genesis Pay. In my iOS Genesis app, it shows that I'm registered with Genesis Pay, and the Genesis Pay account is active, but for whatever reason, the GV70 thinks I do not have a Genesis Pay account. When I select Genesis Pay in car, it just brings up a screen that tells me that I need to register for Genesis Pay. Even though its a minor feature the fact that I cannot get it to work Is maddening. The farthest I've gotten with tech support is them telling me that for some reason the Genesis Pay data from the Genesis servers is not getting back to my car. Has anyone else had this issue and managed to get it fixed? Thanks.
