Genesis Rep's meeting with owners

Don't know where all it will happen, But I was ask to come to a meeting at a local dealership.
Of course I'm sure sales people are going to be involved, Another But. they asked owners to meet with them.
This meeting will be at Larry Miller Genesis in Peoria, AZ on Thursday 3/21 at 11:00 AM
A rep talked with me on the phone, I told them might not want to talk with me because of all the problems
I've had with my Genesis. Not only did they want to hear about the problems, A Genesis employee came to my
house last evening to see all the service records I had and expressed a willingness to try and make things right
with me.
May be they are starting to realize it is just as important to keep return customers as it is to get new buyers.
Hope so, will wait and see how this goes.
