Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Genesis Service Locations unavailable

Very disappointed that Hyundai Genesis no longer has a service location in the Birmingham, Alabama metro area. The closest is Tuscaloosa, Alabama! One of the main selling points when I purchased a Genesis was they had a dedicated service area at the dealership along with dedicated Genesis technicians. A couple years after I bought the vehicle, I was directed to another dealership in Birmingham because the one where I bought my car decided not to have a dedicated service area when they remodeled their location. Then, that dealership decided to discontinue Genesis service. It really makes me wonder what the heck Hyundai Genesis is doing to discourage dealerships from making service available. Now I have to make arrangements to travel out of town to get any service work done if I want to use the extended warranty I purchased or need recall work. 100% dissatisfied with this 'option' they want to offer. HYUNDAI/GENESIS DO BETTER!!!!!
