  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I've e-mailed Genesis Corporate several times just trying to get an idea of where they'll be building MORE Genesis Dealerships that are not dual Hyundai dealerships? NO response! Any ideas of how to find out? thanks

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!

FYI - Genesis corporate does not build dealerships, individual independent franchises do. I doubt corporate would want to speak for them.

Since GMA is the franchising entity and the driving force behind establishing dealerships under the Keystone program, they clearly know the status of dealer plans to comply with requirements for dedicated facilities. One would think they'd be willing to let us know since the lack of luxury dealerships is the main problem with the marque but maybe they don't want to draw more attention to the issue.

If you post what area you're interested in, Genesis owners in that area might be able to update us on what they have seen or heard. In the thread below and others, you can see that dealerships are reportedly planned or under construction in MA, NJ, FL, TX, CA, etc.

Should they publish the contracts too? Thay may know the status of the dealer today, but plans change and they would look even worse giving wrong information.

They announced 100 dealers aback about 2015. They since learned to shut up.

I don't care what the name is on the building, I just want good service. So far I have gotten it. But I see a lot of you have not.
You hit the nail on the head! I have been lucky so far with Rick Case Hyundai/Genesis!

This.

Having a fancy, separate dealership is no guarantee of good service if the same inept management is running things.

There are many dealer groups with numerous, disparate brands in their portfolio - some have good reputations (no matter the brand), while others have are known to be less than reputable.

When I lived back in NJ before I retired, I owned Three new Hyundai's. I got great service for that dealership (Lester Glenn in Toms River). They did not pick up my car, but they would drive me to work from the dealer and pick up after work and take be back to the dealer. The treatment I got while at the dealership having my car services is on the same level of the service I have gotten from Audi and Acura. The BMW service is better because they put out a better spread. 😊😊. But even the food was a bit less when I was there a few months ago.
