I bought some AEM filters to replace the stock ones. I'm just wondering if the strut brace bolts need to be tightened to a specific torque when putting it back in place.

This is for the 2.0...which I am guessing is the same for the 3.3

Can anyone else corroborate this before I go purchase a torque wrench? Do I even need one? The owner's manual is no help at all on this, since it states I should take it into a dealer.

I wouldn’t worry so much about the torq. Tighten the bolts up and go. I only get all anal on torq values on engine components such as rod bolts, crank bearing bolts and maybe suspension bolts on steering components. Don’t see the strut braces being in that critical family. Could be wrong though.
