  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

yesterday when I got home from work, there was a Fedex box sitting on my chair waiting for me. Wife was a bit POed because she thought I had bought something and it wasn't for her. I had no clue what it was as I hadn't bought anything and it was a big box. I looked on the label and it said Hyundai from Az.

I opened the box and found a bunch of goddies along with a nice letter thanking me for my on line survey. I've done a few of them now that came from Hyundai. I was honest and also gave them some constructive critisim, stated my issues with certin systems and a way ahead to fix them.

So in the box I got, a tote bag, like the reusable ones you get at the grocery store, a alunimum water bottle, a really nice travel coffe mug, a nice ball point pen with "Genesis" embosed on it, a collasibale cooler, and a fold up storage bag/box, one that opens up to three comparments and some side pockets, kind of like what you use to store shoes in under the bed.

I thought that was really nice of them. Any one else get a package like this?

I received a $50 gift card from Hyundai. Too bad the pickpocket in Vegas got it along with everything else in/and my wallet a couple weeks ago. I guess it "stayed in Vegas".

ditto on the gift card minus the pickpocket part

Want to trade boxes? :) I'd rather had the shirt and blankets than the totes.

I filled out the survey in the Hyundai display at the recent Dallas Auto Show and received a $500 Apple gift card.

Dumb question. As a new owner (2k miles now), anyone have the link to the survey?

Thanks

Mine were sent via E mail. So if you gave your dealer a Email address when you bought the car, you'll probably see one in a few months.
