Glove box won't open!

Hello everyone , I have a 2011 Equus ultimate and the glove box won't open it stopped working . The latch is active is not lock and still won't open . Any advise on how to fix this ? Thxs
 
The tech at my dealer just depressed the latch and pulled it....the latch is plastic so go slow....as to how to keep it from happening...do u keep ur manual in the box? Too much weight makes the latch stick and that manual is a phone book lol
 
Press up and inward on the glovebox door, while depressing the release button. That's what solved this issue on my 2021 Ultimate.
