Going to be a new Genesis G70 owner soon!

I found one locally, 2022 G70 2.0T AWD Prestige with only 1k miles on the clock, certified, for $42500. Getting a decent value on my trade in too. Put a deposit down today.

I test drove one earlier and enjoyed it. It wasn’t as fast as my 2020 330i but still plenty powerful and way more comfort/driver assistance features.

I will be picking the car up this weekend. What should I be looking for? Car is basically brand new. Is this a decent deal or is there room for more negotiation? They were pretty adamant on price given the sticker was 45599.

Why did it have 1000 miles on it?

Was it used as a loaner?

Did someone buy then return it for any reason? Suspicious?
