  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

There are no updates for the 2015 Genesis since BlueLink went to 5G. I love the navigation on the GPS in the car with the touchscreen but not all the letters now on the keypad do not show up when I want to find a location. There are only a few letters that will come up on the keypad that you can type which makes it impossible to find any location for directions.

Does this mean there is no way to be able to use the GPS. I know I can use my phone but rather a large screen to look at while driving. I sent messages to Hyundai but haven't gotten any answers and research goggle and saw where there are no updates for the 2015 Genesis.

Did you check on the Welcome to MyHyundai | MyHyundai web site? You have to register.

Yes, checked the MyHyundai web site and there are no updates for 2015 Genesis Sedan. I'm just confused why the letters on the keypad for the GPS don't all show up so you can use them to type in a location. When you initially start typing you see all the letters on the screen. As you keep typing for the location most of the letters are not highlighted where you can't use them. I reached out to Hyundai but no feedback!

Letters that are not possible to type next are not shown. For example, if you are searching in Alabama and you type "M" for the first letter of the city, "B", "D", "F", "G", "H", "M", "N", "P", "Q", "R", "S", "T", "V", "W", "X", "Z" are not shown as the choices for the next letter because there are no cities in Alabama that start with M that have one of those as the second letter.

There should still be yearly updates for your maps.
