Alright, folks... anyone interested in a group buy for the BlackVue DR400G-HD car camera?

$170/unit for 20 units​

I've done a TON of research on this camera over the past six months - this model records in full HD at 30fps, and has that oh-so-cool GPS mode; basically, when you transfer the data from your card to your PC, you can see the video AND the gps location on a google maps-type interface.

Weird how they don't show you the cool GPS feature when playing back video on your PC.

Looks like a good unit. I've been looking for one if these, but I didn't want something like the GoPro. I like the accelerometer sensor feature and the g sensor when parked. Would that include shipping to Canada?

Very cool feature I just found:

Let's you search the route on a map and takes you to the video of any spot on the route! For instance, say you got cut off at an intersection... you pull up the video, and instead of watching xx minutes, you can just click the intersection on the map. SWEET.

I've been researching these for at least a year (even before the HD model was available). I almost bought one when I bought my car, and they were $225 then. I forgot to ask... if anyone knows of a better product out there, or this one but cheaper... please chime in

Send him an email. To cut out the middle man (me), I asked him if he could give us a code to use when we place the order on Ebay, so as to get the $175 price instead of what he's asking in his store ($190).

I'm surprised they have the 400 now. I've seen the 350 on there, but that one is not HD. The quality on this unit is freaking awesome.

PS --> I reached out to lightnspace and asked for a group buy code to use on Ebay - that way, everyone gets their shipment / payment options in order, independently of everyone else.

I was hoping to get the BlackVue at a much lower cost... but now it's gonna have to wait for me, personally. I'm about to "sell out" and buy an iPad. Need it for a side business with my brother, and the apps he uses in his music studio are all Apple/Apple-compatible. I'm sure my kids will find some fun apps on there to play with lol.
