  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

How do we see the detailed turn by turn direction for the whole journey before the start of the trip in GV80 2026 3.5T prestige. So if there are multiple routes I need to review which route to take but I am not able to see the detailed turn by turn directions for the whole journey at the beginning of the trip. Please let me know if anybody got this issue or I am missing something here. Thanks lot.

Try Google Maps?

Seriously, while I rarely scrape the bottom of the barrel when exploring NAV system capabilities, I've not seen that capability on my old Garmin, Cadillac's CUE or this GV80's. What NAV systems have you used in the past that have provided multiple textual TbT directions? Wouldn't it be much easier to see the multiple available routes graphically like how Google Maps shows rather than reading each set of directions then deciding?

Usually, if my NAV isn't showing the exact route I want to take, I just begin driving my preferred route. It will recalculate the route as you go until it becomes your preferred route. Easy peasy. 99% of the time you NEED the NAV at the middle or end of the trip, rarely at the beginning.

Use Waze!
Waze allows you to choose the route you wish and has the benefit of road hazards, police traps, traffic backups, and will reroute you if it detects a problem ahead.

As does google maps/android auto. It dynamically monitors route and suggests changes if conditions change. Works great It's my default system. Plus, I really like the satellite view rather than the old cartoon view.

Forgot to mention that Waze is owned by, and uses their maps, Google.
