  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello I'm very newbish when it comes to rims. I have a 2015 genesis 3.8 awd I'm looking for rims that will fit my stock 245/45/18 tires comfortably without stretching or causing some issue down the line. Something like this I was thinking
Wheels size: 18X7.5
Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3 OFFSET 45

And what 19 inch tires and rim specification would be best for my car that wont rub or completely throw off my rolling.that will keep pretty much everything stock or close to it.

Thank you

Your OEM rims are 18x8 offset 40, I don't know what would you want to put x7.5?

As for the 19's - if you like staggered (looks more aggressive), you can get the same size wheels/tires as the V8 5.0, which is; Front 19x8.5 offset 40 245/40/19 and Rear 19x9 offset 49 tires 275/35/19. You can even go wider on the back 10.5 with 285/ and it won't rub if the offset is correct around ~40-45mm.

Appreciate the feedback but yes I like the staggered look. So I can go with the v8 wheel and tire specs and be ok and will it throw off my odometer by much.

Not much, around ~0.39% and less, that's nothing. You'll be fine.

Lower offset (poke outside) by another 5-8mm will be fine too.

Ok thank you for helping me out and for future reference ill be redirecting all my questions to you
