  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I'm thinking about getting mine done and I'd like to know roughly what price range I should expect before calling bodyshops? Thanks in advance.
My car is white, in case it matters.
There are 2 areas on the front bumper where clear coat is starting to peel off, and some relatively deep scratches at the bottom that expose the black plastic.

Had mine done at Dealer when I first bought it last year. Hyundai paid for it 1500$.

Yeah it was like maybe 1150 for bumper and they also refinished rims. And I think I had an oil change done come to think about it.
I just bought the car and did not want to take the chance of something like the front radar and parking sensors getting f"d up. Car still under warranty at that point.

There's no need to replace with that minor stuff. That can easily be repaired.

Recently got three quotes for my peeling front bumper cover in white. $700, $300 and $250. The guy who quoted $250 just quit the company who wanted $700 and started his own shop. Said just bring the bumper in stripped. He would do all the nick fills and prep. Can't beat that. $275 for the rear (slightly yellowed below the trunk lid). And, the color will match the rest of the car, unlike how the current bumpers are darker (reason for doing both)
