Head Unit replacement

The Engineers can't figure out why I can't get my Promised "weekly driving report". The suggestion after 16 weeks is "head unit needs replacement"?? I watched a youtube video on someone replacing a G80 radio and it involved taking apart the dashboard-and lots of screws etc. Has anyone had the Head Unit replaced and what were the results?? thanks folks

Is a weekly report a big enough deal to tear the dash apart? Unless the tech is really careful clips are bound to get broken and no one will say anything. I get some form of maybe a monthly report via connected services, but it doesn’t provide anything earth shattering. I can log to Genesis owners and I think get the same kind of info on service needs and any recall info. Maybe the newer G70’s provide something really meaningfully that prior G70’s don’t get?
