headlight adjustment after bulb change?

guys I have a 2009 and 2013 Genesis both V8 (4.6 and 5.0), on the 5.0 I know it has auto leveling, do they need to be align again?

btw this is low beam

Shouldn't need to realign after just a bulb change on either car. But for reference, instructions and alignment specs from the 2012 manual are below. For the manual height adjustment, you will need an 8" long #2 Phillips screwdriver to reach the screw through the hole in the plastic trim.
