headlight points down all of suden !!

so the prob started 2 days ago where both headlights are pointing really down, i can only see like 3 meters ahead of me, unlike before the would auto-level depending on the car's positions . now they just stuck. what could the problem be?

Take to dealer or import shop and ask to have the autoleveling system zeroed.
