I just read Motor Trend's long term report on the Ioniq 5. They really liked it, but one of their few complaints was a persistent headliner creaking noise.
Sounds like Hyundai/Genesis may have a company-wide issue with how they attach their headliners, or hardware, like the sunroof, above the headliner. Maybe they need to do a teardown of a Lexus (or any other premium brand) and see how they do it.
