headrest creeps up

If I set my driver's headrest to a mid height, it slowly creeps up. It won't stay locked in position. Has anyone seen this? It appears to latch but that just prevents it from going down - not up.
 
Thanks. I did a search on headrest but only went back through a couple of pages of search results. Unfortunately the thread you referenced gives no solution other than tape. You would think things like this would get designed out over the course of a few years.
 
Got the same problem. It doesn't really bother me, it's just that it does it!!!
Afraid to take it to my dealer as they'll probably screw up something else.
