Help! Ported TB and manifold decreased my performance. What gives?!

Hello folks!

Long time reader, first time poster here.

Really need you expertise on this. A few weeks ago i had my TB and intake manifold CNC ported. My mods are as follows:

Exhaust and headers
Manifold spacer (grimmspeed)
CAI
Pulley
and now...ported TB and manifold
* no tune

Car performed beautifully before the porting. But now it sucks. What's going on?
And yeah, reason i haven't tuned is because i heard the genesis coupe's ECU adjusts itself to whatever mod (except maybe FI) you throw its way, sort of self tunes. Is that true?
