Help posting photos needed

Question, can anybody tell me how I place the photos of my Genesis on the site? A couple of people want to see the Saddel interior plus the "Wing" hubcabs I should be getting in a couple of days.

I am not a computer savvy person, but, want to post the photos.

How do folks embed an image in a message? (As opposed to uploading an attachment)

The insert image option asks for a URL and I don't know the local IP address for my computer file directory, and there is no Browse button...
