Help searching for a TSB

I trying to find a TSB for a problem with intermittent seat heaters. Another member Mitch14(Thanks Mitch!) had a repair done an his workorder referenced a TSB.
The TSB number is 11 97 001

I have tried to find this tsb but have not been able to.
Has anyone else founf this TSB ?

I have read a couple of threads regarding this problem, some mention a TSB but I can't find one anywhere
