  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

New member. Purchased 2015 month ago out of town. Love the vehicle. Like a dummy did not pull down the rear seat armrest for days. When I tried, it pulled out an inch and no farther. I can find no other access around the seat or in the trunk. Can you help a fellow traveler?

Welcome. Moving this to the correct section.

This happened to me as well. Give it a good pull, it will come down,

You are pushing down on the handle to unlatch it, correct?

You can also unlatch the ski pass through in the trunk, and then push it.

I’m having the same issue but forcing the rear seat center console/armrest isn’t going to happen. The linkage attached to the handle must have come off the interior mechanism and now it’s stuck in the up position. Anyone else having this issue?
