I'm on my second Genesis purchased from Hendrick Hyundai, a 2015. When I called for service I was given a disconnect message. I then called another Hendrick dealer and was informed that Hendrick was out of the Hyundai business and their brand new Hyundai service facility was converted to Honda. This was a few months ago and I never heard a word from Hendrick. The next closest dealer is over an hour away and is a pit. I have the sense they're serving the Elantra market and I don't trust their capabilities based on a warranty issue that wasn't handled well. When I called Hendrick Corporate to complain, their reaction was "too bad, we'll be happy to sell you a BMW". I called Hyundai and they were also disinterested. Needless to say, there won't be a third Genesis or any other car from Hyundai or Rick Hendrick!
