  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I'm sure others have noticed the heqmanual website is down and states the domain has expired. Does anyone know who maintains the site? I'm hoping it gets revived but guessing it won't. Very disappointed.

Yes, I did notice that. Did you download anything prior?

No. I had some pages loaded on my browser, but when I try to access it refreshes and is gone.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Is it the Owner's Manual you need?

No, I need the service manual. I could buy a pdf online, but the factory original is $80 from factory-manuals.com. There are other options as cheap as $15, but I've heard they're very compressed files with poor image quality.

Subaru?

Certain pages are available on the wayback machine, but no pictures. And I downloaded the low resolution version. If you need anything specific let me know and I'll post or send it to you

Thanks Carlos. Is it the same factory original service manual? Is the image quality good enough to follow?

The image quality is passable, but not good. Just like anything else that's been compressed they look blurry/pix-elated, can't be enlarged and the colors look totally washed out, where there are colors.

On the other hand, it is organized a little better than the online HEQ manual because the navigation pane stays open all the time.

it's a case of something is better than nothing. $13.00 is no big deal so it's definitely worth it. I would have gladly paid more for a higher resolution file.

I'm sure there are better versions out there, including the one "PrincelyBug" posted earlier and provided a link to earlier in this thread.

Here's the one I bought:
Hyundai Equus 2014 Service Workshop Repair Manual

Yes, the one PrincelyBug posted is the same link I shared earlier. The company is located in NY. I let them know their website incorrectly states "Subaru Equus" on the order links. They replied right away to say they would fix the issue.

Another cheap option I found is from a Montreal based company, but I doubt it would be any better than the one you bought: Hyundai Equus 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 Service Workshop Repair manual *Year Specific

I'll buy a higher resolution version at some point if I can be assured of higher resolution.
