Hi. Just want to introduce myself. My name's Ian and I've recently acquired a beautiful-condition, new-to-me 2015 Genesis 3.8 sedan with AWD, navigation, and most of the bells and whistles (though not quite all). Loving the car so far, and I figure this site will be a good resource to have when I want information on my car that Hyundai may not make it entirely easy to find.

The Genny replaces a black 2019 Honda Accord I bought new and totaled in an accident.

I was going to say, "...and, sadly, totaled..." but now that I have my Genesis I think it all worked out really well in the end! Including my now having the much-needed AWD that would likely have saved the Accord on that snowy day, if Accords were available with AWD...

I have liked Honda Accord for the past few generations. I never thought I would way back in the day - but they've become really nice cars. But the Genesis really is a few levels up. It feels so much more substantial on the road. And safer, for sure... I hope nobody was hurt in the accident but I'm glad you're feeling things worked out well in the end...
