I took my recently purchased 2011 Genesis 4.6 in for the first oil change since I've owned the car. Made an appointment for 4:15pm so I could go right in after work. Arrived at the dealership and completed the new customer info since this was my first trip to this dealership. The service advisor was friendly and professional. My car was taken back shortly thereafter. I was advised my car was ready about 30 minutes later. Cost of the oil change was approx. $30.00. No problems were found. The car was washed. All in all a good first experience with this dealership. I'll post more as I get more service work done.

Let me tell you a story about HH Hyundai. I live in Tennessee, was on an extended vacation several years ago and found out about a recall on the brake switch. I was in Raleigh NC at the time, and called Southern States Hyundai. The FIRST question asked was...did you buy the car here? When I responded that I was from TN and just wanted the recall done on my Veracruz, I was told it would be a week before they could get me in. What BS.

Several days later I was in Hilton Head and decided to try again. I called HH Hyundai and got an appointment for the next morning. I arrived, VERY friendly staff greeted me, and they promptly took care of my recall. Then they washed my car before returning it. Now that my friends is AWESOME service. If I was anywhere near Hilton Head, I would definitely use this great Dealer.

My experience with Southern States Hyundai in Raleigh... AWFUL. Stay as far away from them as possible.
