Has anyone had any luck when dealing with their consumer complaint dept?
I had an issue with parts for my 2018 G80 Sport recall. My dealer has told me the parts are not available for 3 months, twice now!
The recall was in July, scheduled an appt in Dec, the day before the dealer canceled , telling me the parts are back ordered.
And will not be available until March! I called Customer Service filed a case and have been waiting for someone to call me back .
Each time I call, they tell me they have tried and have been unable to reach me!!! This is my 3rd Genesis and I've had similar experience dealing with an issue with Corp each time. They tell you they are very sorry, file a case , and never get back to me. This will be the reason I am done with Hyundai / Genesis for my next car.
