HMFC $750 Rebate??

In searching for current incentives on the 2009 Genesis, I came across the following at the Hyndai Motor Finance website:

Does anyone have any insight into this $750 "rebate"? It is listed under the finace portion of the table. Does this mean it applies only to those using HMF for their financing? Does this impact the dealer cost of the vehicle, or is only a financing incentive? Just curious if anyone has any thoughts. Thanks!

Here's what I read when I clicked on the link you submitted (this is directly from that site):

$750 HMFC Bonus Cash on 2009 Hyundai Genesis Sedan. HMFC Bonus Cash is available only when financed through HMFC and must be applied as a down payment. This program is effective from March 21, 2009 through March 31, 2009
