  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Just bought a 2012 Genesis 4.6 and am considering buying OEM mud guards from eBay. I need to know how difficult it is for me to install them. Is there any drilling into the fenders? I'd particularly appreciate comments from anyone who has done this themselves. Is it straightforward using ordinary tools? Are the instructions clear? I'll appreciate your help; thanks!

Not to bad to install. I didn't use an angle driver or remove the rear wheels. I used a scewdriver bit and a wrench. I did all 4 in just over a half hour.Check your dealers price. My dealer was cheaper than Ebay.

Ditto! No biggie. I used the bit with a Gearwrench and a piece of tape on the wrench to keep the bit from falling out.
