  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

This isn't a discussion about whether or not they're a good idea or if they're needed since the lighting is already sufficient. It's for people who appreciate the aesthetics of fog lights.

With that out of the way, how do you envision fog lights for the Genesis GV80? Here's my vision...

Personally, I like the second picture with four bulbs. What do you think, though, about sticking with the rest of the lighting theme and having them horizontal?
I like horizontal but that means you would have to cut that section of the bumper out to get flat. The headlamps have 4 bulbs each side so it sort of looks cool. I like your pic also

I like the horizontal, but I would put them below the protrusion on the left and right. The lower grill looks good too.

The round projector lamps
It does look good. We'll wait for a few more comments (hopefully we'll get them) and then start a poll to see which should be developed...

Oh well. I tried…

Hi,
I am interested in some fog lights for my 2023 GV80.
I just like the look of them.
Do you have any plans on getting any in ?
I like the look of the round ones but maybe with a single lamp on each side ?
let me know
Thank You

Hi there. We're going to need A LOT more interest if any of the manufacturers are going to make something for the GV80... So far, this discussion has been very slow, unfortunately...

I am also interested I was going to make it dyi I was going to buy the grills from eBay for 27 dollars each & try to find some LED lights that fit . Or find a fabricator send him the grills & he can get them fitted into the grills & I will do the connection & make custom switch . I did this for my 2018 g80 3.8 that came without fog lights got the 5.0 g80 parts fitted them with switch next to parking brake

True but I feel like if you find the right size fog lights you would still have little space around them & in the middle between the two lights for air to come in . But it wouldn’t be as much .
