  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Didn't find this posted elsewhere. My apologies if my search failed to dig up a similar thread.

Just got an e-mail today from support@hyundaifeedback.com titled "Hyundai Engineers would like feedback on your Genesis!" I bought mine back on Memorial Day. The link in the e-mail took me to a fairly extensive online survey that delved into minute details of issues and levels of satisfaction with the Genesis. I was pretty happy with the amount of detail that it addressed and the specificity with which I could respond. The survey has no "back" feature to allow you to go back and change a response or select other items that you may have failed to select when you start the survey. Also, after I completed the survey, clicking the link again did not permit me to go back and update my responses. We'll see if it does anything to improve the Genesis line. One of their questions asked, "What changes would you make?" I typed in "Go to www.genesisowners.com and review all the comments for some really good ideas."

By truncating the hyperlink in their e-mail down to just http://www.hyundaifeedback.com/HyundaiSurvey I was able to select and launch another survey, but I have no idea if my responses would be saved. You can go to that link to see what's in the survey (and try submitting one too). Truncating down to http://www.hyundaifeedback.com takes you to a username/password protected page.

I did a couple of online surveys a couple of months ago, but don't remember for whom.

That is a little scary that anyone can take the survey without registration or password.

The company that sent you the email is called ENPRECIS, Inc and I presume (hope) that they have been hired by Hyundai to do the survey. ENPRECIS is owned by David Brondstetter who owns the HYUNDAIFEEDBACK.COM domain name.

You can see the Linkedin profile for David Brondstetter at this site (registration may be required).
