  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Wasn't the same thing said about the Genesis?

A bit sloppy on the journalistic front...

Recently, Hyundai has made progress moving upscale with its line of Genesis sedans and coupes, which sell in the high-$20,000 to mid-$30,000 range, depending on trim levels. Yet even at that price point some owners attempt to hide who built the vehicle by replacing the Hyundai logo on the trunk lid with a winged Genesis badge that dealers sell from their parts department.

Should be high-$20,000 to mid-$40,000 range; and I'd say, based on those who have changed to the winged badge on this forum, that it was due more so for aesthetic reasons (the winged badge looks so much better than Hyundai's aesthetically challenged swishy H logo; just as a Lexus would not look so good w/ that awful Toyoto logo).

Interesting to see, that Hyundai USA's former Prez, O'Neill, is now heading JD Power.
