  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Washer fluid was leaking in my Genesis 2015 3.8l

The washer pump is hidden behind the liner. Removes the wheel, and remove the liner partially by removing 3 Philip head screws and 1-2 clips. You can unplug the white connector cable and pull the washer pump. Once the pump is removed clean the washer fluid and use brake cleaner to clean it properly from the outside. You can blow some air and see if it leaking from outside. In my case, it was leaking from outside. I just used think crazy fix and 5 min epoxy on the top and tried to blow air and no issues so far. Hyundai doesn't have the part for now. This is the temp fix I did for now see how long it will last. Rock Auto has the same part for 20$ and OEM from Hyundai it's for CAD 64 plus tax. Hope this helps.
