This post is in reference to their Service Department. My 09' Genny quit on me the Saturday just before the Memorial Day weekend. I had it towed to Hyundai of White Plains for service.Even though they where closing for the long weekend, I was greeted by the owner Mr. DiFeo who personally took my key and assured my that the car would be serviced ASAP(even though I puchased it elswhere).On Tuesday morning I was contacted by Nick in the Service Dept.who said that even though they where booked soild for the day , he would try and get me in.At about 4:00pm I was contacted again by Nick with a update,that he was unable to get me in,but that I would be the first one in the next day.I thanked him very much for his effort and the update.The next day Nick called and informed me that it was my fuel pump and that he would have it shipped over night to the dealership,and that my Genny should be ready tommorrow afternoon.I am sure we have all heard the horror story about bad service departments,but I must say that this was far better than I ever expected.If the sales dept. is anything like the service dept.,I know where my next Hyundai will be purchased.If you are in the area and in need of service,I would definately recommend Hyundai of White Plains.I will keep you updated as to how it all turns out.
