Can I go to Genesis Service Center for oil changes or services under warranty? I don't like the fact that employees who work at Hyundai service center take care of my car roughly. One time I had an oil change, went there to pick up my car and found the front bumper part on the sidewalk making scratches.

US or Canada? In the US they would surely like to take your money for paid services. Warranty may be different

You have a Hyundai, so only a Hyundai dealer can do warranty work. But, with so few stand alone Genesis dealers out there, you'll more than likely be getting a Genesis tech working on it. At least that's what we do most of the time at our dealership.
