  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

We're on our way home to Ct. from Miami and try to make interesting stops along the way. Last Thursday we took the Hyundai plant tour in Montgomery, Ala. It was quite an experience. Opened just a few years ago, it is state of the art. Rolls of steel and truckloads of part go in one end and beautiful Sonatas and Santa Fe's are driven out the other end. At the rate of up to 300,ooo vehicles annually. The 4 and 6 cylinder motors are made on site. Robots, robots, robots everywhere, doing everything from painting, welding, windshield installation, crankshaft balancing, etc Much more interesting than the Callaway Gardens I had to tour the following day as part of the deal with my wife.

Sounds interesting. Can you walk in off the street or do you have to call ahead for reservations?

Reservations are required and can be done on-line. ttsig has posted the site on which you can make your reservation. The tour takes about 90 minutes, is very well done and also gives you a chance to check out the new Sonata.
