Has anyone seen a one page recap of this? It is spread out over a couple on pages in owners manual, but there must be a recap somewhere!?

I got a folder with my car where everthing is listed and where dates and miles can be written in. It has "Maintenance Log" on front of it, on back the number is 1BH-051.
 
Just found it in that leather or Hyundaiette folder...thanks for the reminder. As an ex factory guy, I sometimes forget the obvious. Thanks again!!
