Spikes on the plow are bad, as the zombies just pile up there. Then you either have a pile of them in your garage when you pull them off, or there are so many that it doesn't work any more. You want a clean plow to just flip them high over the back of the car. Bars over windows are bad too, as the zombies can hang on; instead you want flat metal strips with razor sharp edges about 3/4 of an inch from the windows, which means lots of fingers need to be pushed out and collected when you get home, but it's safer.
