Use the button the steering wheel to find it in the settings. Maybe someone has a more precise instruction, but it is there, buried.

The low/no oil pressure light has nothing at all to do with the oil change interval. Your oil pressure sensor is probably failing, a common issue. Unfortunately, it usually leaks when it fails and can ruin the wiring harness.
