  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I have a couple questions, I set my center unit to have the clock face screen saver but it doesn't do it.. When is supposed to work so I don't the the map or the menu screen displayed all the time? I know I could hit the display button to turn it off, but I figured a clock face will be better.
Also the cente console LED light inside the double split armrest doors doesn't light up. Is there a setting or something I could check to have turn on when I open the console?

My console light comes on automatically when I start the car. Could not locate anyway to turn it off in the manual. Suggest you contact your dealer as the bulb might be blown.

Regarding the screen saver, simply turn off the radio.

When I turn off the radio, it automatically switches back to the map. I've never seen the clock on the screen.

Try turning on the headlights.

Press and HOLD the radio volume knob to bring up the clock.
