I'm in the 4th year of owning my 2019 G70 3.3T, and am ready for its annual oil/filter/tire rotation. I sort of don't trust local mechanics to do everything right. so I got an appoinment with relatively new Genesis dealership that was half the distance of the dealership I originally bought the car from. Absolute disaster. They were an add-on part of an Acura dealership, small hosting area and a terribly over-crowed lot. Long story short: Didn't get to car the day I brought it, never called to tell me, and never got an answer to where my car was when I had to call at the end of the day. Next day, when I called them, they said the car would be ready at 4pm. I drove to them and pickup my car.
Next, I started calling my original dealer, asking for a price. This has been going on for several days without a response??? Looks, like I'll have to trust a local mechanic. And, I hope, I won't have any "big" problems with my car as Genesis Service seems to be in deep......
