in need of help on 2011 4.6

Ive replaced my Fan control module, Thermostat, and coolant temp sensor, The Temp gauge still isnt working, the heat blows cold air, and when i feel the hose under the hood its cool feeling. And im smelling a slight coolant smell...

all advice is appreciated ....

If you smell coolant, either someone spilled some or your car has a leak. Low coolant can cause the symptoms you describe. Did you pressure test the cooling system? Have you verified that all the associated wiring is ok? New thermostat actually works (verified with boiling water test)? What about the water pump?

Do you smell coolant from inside the car, or outside the car?
*Edited to add: If you smell it inside the car (either coming through the vents or otherwise), Have you noticed any wet spots on your carpet?
