Infotainment Screen Not Working

I can’t upload pictures as it says they’re too large. Anyways the screen is just a big blerb of colors and when I reset the system through the tiny button it still is the same. Though when the car turns on for the first time it’s able to display the Equus emblem. When I adjust climate control it shows what I’m doing but the rest of the screen is still blerb. Same with audio control. I can also change radio station but can’t see which. When I reverse the camera works but has a layer of blerb so I can see partially. I don’t really know what could cause this as it’s not completely not working not completely functioning. If anyone knows please let me know also if anyone knows how I can shrink the photos to upload since they would help a lot.
