Infotainment system will not connect via USB to iPhone 11 pro max

I have a 2015 5.0 Ultimate sedan and I recently upgraded my phone to the 11 pro max. When I try to connect it using the usb it keeps trying to open Pandora and it doesn't display the ipod option. It will only play music using bluetooth. It worked fine right after I got the phone but stopped all of a sudden.
I've tried a new cable and made sure the usb port is clean.
Any ideas? Could it be the ios updated and changed something? It's probably Siri screwing with me.

Odd. I just got an 11 pro max too and it's working normally so far. Have you tried a different cable just in case?

Also, my iOS version is 13.2.3

What version is your infotainment? That might be the issue.

Yes, I’ve tried a new cable and my daughters iPhone X works fine.
How do I check the version of the infotainment system?

On another car, I had the same issue with Pandora. Out of frustration, I deleted pandora from my iPhone. There may be other solutions, but I simply wanted it fixed ASAP.
